Today is Archie’s 2nd birthday 💙🐅 Another

Today is Archie’s 2nd birthday 💙🐅

Another lap around the sun and every day, we wish that you had gotten to stay. At this milestone, we hope that you would have spoken your first words, you may enjoy dancing to the Wiggles or whether your favourite TV show would be Bluey or Paw Patrol. We wonder if you would like dinosaurs or trains, eating banana pancakes and maybe swinging a golf club with Daddy. We imagine weekend sessions at the local playground, building sandcastles at the beach and if Mummy would have given up trying to get you to wear your shoes.

On Archie’s birthday, we are reminded that loss is the greatest paradox; with great grief comes great love.

In honour of our Archie Tiger, we now make annual donations totalling $365 to nominated charities to mark the last 365 days without our firstborn child in our arms and in our home. The best birthday gift that you can give us to honour his memory other than using his name or lighting a candle, is to consider making a donation to one of the below registered Australian charities that tirelessly work to support bereaved parents like us.
